Terms & Conditions

Haus of GAIA believes the safest spaces are the ones where you get to be the most unleashed. Clear boundaries, consent, and mutual respect are what allow us to go deeper, get filthier, explore freely, and embody every part of ourselves.

Retreats & Courses

1. Bookings & Payments
A deposit or payment is required to secure your place in the retreat/course. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

2. No Refund Policy
All payments made are strictly non-refundable. Change of mind, scheduling conflicts, illness, injury, personal circumstances, travel disruptions, or inability to attend do not qualify for a refund.

3. Transfer of Booking
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person. It is your responsibility to arrange the transfer and notify Haus of GAIA in writing with the new attendee’s details prior to the retreat/course commencement.

4. Final Payment Due Date
Any remaining balance must be paid in full by [DATE SPECIFIED IN RETREAT/COURSE INFORMATION]. Failure to complete payment by this date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of all monies already paid, including the deposit.

5. Inclusions
Only the inclusions specifically listed in the retreat/course information are guaranteed and included in your booking fee. Any additional items, experiences, gifts, bonuses, upgrades, or extras are offered at the discretion of Haus of GAIA and are not guaranteed components of the retreat/course.

6. Flights & Travel
Flights, airport transfers, travel insurance, visas, and other travel-related expenses are not included unless explicitly stated otherwise.


Haus of GAIA is not liable for cancelled flights, missed transport, border restrictions, weather events, natural disasters, illness, pandemics, acts of God, war, civil unrest, government actions, or any other circumstances outside of its control that may impact your ability to attend the retreat/course.

Participants are solely responsible for arranging appropriate travel insurance and ensuring they are able to attend.

7. Force Majeure
Haus of GAIA shall not be held responsible or liable for delays, changes, interruptions, cancellations, losses, or failure to deliver services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, acts of God, war, terrorism, government restrictions, venue closures, power outages, transport disruptions, or emergencies.

8. Photography & Videography
Haus of GAIA may engage third-party photographers and videographers during retreats, courses, or events. While every effort will be made to provide high-quality content, Haus of GAIA is not liable for the artistic outcome, technical quality, delivery, editing style, loss of files, missed shots, or overall results of photography or videography services.

9. Social Media & Content Consent
Photography and videography may be captured during retreats, courses, and events for promotional and marketing purposes.

Haus of GAIA will only use your image, likeness, or content where consent has been provided via the separate Social Media & Content Consent Form. Completion of this form is optional, and participants may decline consent at any time in writing.

Participants acknowledge that choosing not to consent may limit inclusion in certain group content or promotional material.

10. Personal Responsibility & Liability Waiver
By participating in a retreat/course, you acknowledge that movement, dance, pole, fitness, travel, and personal development activities may involve physical, emotional, and psychological risk.

You voluntarily participate at your own risk and accept full responsibility for your health, well-being, decisions, actions, and personal belongings during the retreat/course.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haus of GAIA, its facilitators, contractors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, delay, emotional distress, or expense incurred during or as a result of participation.

11. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Retreats and courses offered by Haus of GAIA are intended to support personal growth, education, creativity, confidence, embodiment, and transformation. However, individual results will vary, and no specific emotional, financial, physical, creative, personal, or professional outcomes are guaranteed.

12. Changes
Haus of GAIA reserves the right to make reasonable changes to schedules, facilitators, venues, accommodation, activities, or inclusions where necessary.

13. Acceptance of Terms
By making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Mentorships

1. Minimum Commitment

The mentorship container has a minimum commitment of 3 months. By enrolling, you agree to remain committed for the full initial 3-month period and to complete all scheduled payments for that period.

2. Participation & Personal Responsibility

By entering this mentorship, you agree to actively participate in your own development. This includes:

- Attending scheduled sessions

- Completing agreed actions or reflective work between sessions

- Engaging with support channels (including Telegram, where applicable)

- Communicating needs, boundaries, or concerns in a timely and respectful manner if something is not working for you

The effectiveness of the mentorship is dependent on your participation. Responsibility for implementation and follow-through remains with you.

3. Payments & Default

All payments for the 3-month minimum commitment must be made in full, regardless of payment plan structure.

Failure to make payments on time may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of the mentorship container, at the discretion of Haus of GAIA.

No refunds are provided for missed payments, unused sessions, or early termination due to non-payment.

4. Long-Term Mentorship (6+ Months)

For ongoing or rolling mentorship arrangements beyond 6 months:

- Cancellation requires written notice via email

- Notice must be provided at least 2 weeks prior to the next scheduled payment date

- Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the next payment being charged as normal

5. Session Rescheduling Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited, with no make-up session provided

6. Punctuality Policy

A grace period of 5–10 minutes is allowed for lateness without penalty

Arrivals 10–30 minutes late will result in a shortened session (e.g. 80–60 minutes instead of 90 minutes)

Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will result in the session being cancelled and forfeited

7. Cancellation of Container

Haus of GAIA reserves the right to terminate the mentorship container in cases of:

- Non-payment

- Repeated non-attendance or failure to engage

- Behaviour that significantly disrupts the integrity of the container


In such cases, no refunds will be issued for remaining sessions or unused time.

8. Agreement
