The GAIA Method Facilitator Training – August Intensive is a 2-day, in-person immersion designed for embodiment-led teachers who want to facilitate with confidence, clarity, and nervous-system awareness.

Not by copying choreography or memorising scripts, but by learning how to hold a room, cue with precision, and lead from the body rather than the ego. It’s a grounded pathway into facilitation that blends GAIA Method philosophy, formal lesson structure, somatic intelligence, and real-time practice.
Whether you’re an emerging pole instructor, an embodiment facilitator stepping into group leadership, or a teacher ready to refine your cueing and presence, this intensive supports you to teach with integrity — creating classes that feel safe, intentional, and deeply embodied for both you and your students.
This is not a certification mill or a performance-based training.
It’s a threshold into embodied facilitation — where confidence is built through structure, awareness, and lived practice.
Over two days, you’ll move through:
Day One: Foundations of the GAIA Method, nervous-system-led teaching, language and cueing, energetic safety, and structured lesson design
Day Two: Real-time facilitation practice, cueing in motion, holding groups with clarity and presence, and guided feedback for integration
The small cohort (8 participants) allows for depth, personalised feedback, and trust-based learning — supporting not only better teaching, but more sustainable, confident leadership.
By the end of the intensive, you won’t just know how to teach —
you’ll feel grounded in your ability to facilitate, communicate clearly, and lead spaces people trust.
